It’s no secret that we all love to eat. I mean, that’s one of the main reasons we are here, am I right? Of course, there are other major motives: to strengthen and grow our local food system, strengthen our local economy, and to advocate for good, mindful agriculture practices and products. But, we also love to eat GOOD FOOD.
Although I am sure many of you have your go-to recipes for the sweet spring carrots and tender spinach that are coming in your share this week, the GFC team thought it might be helpful to share some new recipes that we are dying to try (carrot top pesto, anyone?) along with some of our absolute favorites:
